Case Study: Morgan Popham
Morgan Popham is a young man who first presented at my clinic in January 2020. He was suffering from anxiety and had ulcerative colitis throughout his abdomen. Morgan had also suffered a recent injury in his abdomen which was causing him a lot of pain.
Early on in his journey, I talked with him about “peeling back the layers” of emotions and experiences and I commend Morgan for allowing himself to do just that. Over time, we have uncovered a range of emotional experiences that needed to be processed, the most recent being around his relationship with his family.
Over the next 16 months, as he became more comfortable, his story unfolded, a childhood trauma was revisited and his physical pain and anxiety reduced significantly. Morgan is very good at tuning into his body and responds well to healing energy.
